Kundalini Bodywork is a type of therapy that helps awaken a powerful energy within your body called Kundalini. During this therapy, you let go and allow your therapist to guide you through a process using your breath, body sensations, and movement. This helps you discover your true self, let go of old habits, and open up to more love and happiness. It's like a holistic practice that makes you feel better by getting rid of negative emotions and energy blockages.

Kundalini Bodywork is a holistic approach that combines elements of Kundalini yoga with various bodywork techniques. It's designed to awaken and harness Kundalini energy, which, according to yogic philosophy, lies dormant at the base of the spine. Here's a detailed look at this technique:
Kundalini Energy: In yogic traditions, Kundalini is envisioned as a coiled serpent at the base of the spine. When awakened, this energy is said to travel up through the chakras or energy centers, leading to higher states of consciousness and spiritual enlightenment.

Techniques Used: Kundalini Bodywork incorporates a variety of techniques:
  • Yoga and Movement: Includes specific Kundalini yoga kriyas (sets of exercises) that combine movement, dynamic breathing techniques, and meditation.
  • Bodywork: This can involve massage, reiki, or other forms of energy work aimed at releasing tension and balancing energy in the body.
  • Breathwork: Pranayama (breathing exercises) plays a crucial role in activating and moving Kundalini energy.
  • Meditation and Mantras: Meditation, often accompanied by chanting of mantras, is used to focus and calm the mind, facilitating the movement of Kundalini.
Benefits:
  • Physical: Improved flexibility, increased energy, and stress relief.
  • Mental: Greater clarity, focus, and peace of mind.
  • Emotional: Emotional release and healing, leading to improved emotional stability.
  • Spiritual: Enhanced spiritual connection, heightened intuition, and, in some cases, profound mystical experiences.
Safety Considerations: While Kundalini Bodywork can be profoundly transformative, it's also powerful. Awakening Kundalini energy should be approached with respect and ideally under the guidance of an experienced practitioner, as the experience can be intense and sometimes challenging. If you have any serious illnesses and health problems - don't hesitate to discuss this in advance sending us letter at contact at artbeyond.ch or just with a call.

Personalized Approach: Every individual's experience with Kundalini Bodywork can be different. Sessions are often tailored to the individual's needs, taking into account their physical condition, emotional state, and spiritual journey.
Private session lasts for 1,5 hours and costs 300 CHF. Trial session - 100 CHF/1 hour.
